Baby grand piano with bluetooth capability plays itself for additional music. 

Outside patio deck with speakers, waterfall fountain, wall garden & large umbrella.  Four black iron patio tables which comfortably seats 16 people. 

Sleeping quarters located four doors down at Frankston Lodge.  Sleeps six / 3 bed/1bath/ 1 living/ full kitchen and table for six. 

Can be used for Bridal Suite or family accommodations. 

Park located right outside front door of  building with playground for kids, and includes a gazebo in park which makes for beautiful photos.
